Dr. Sabiha — Making Love Simple

Is this for me

When should I see a sex and relationship coach?

When something around sex, intimacy or your relationship keeps circling in your head and no amount of searching or talking to friends settles it. Common reasons: feeling unsure about your desires, lack of confidence, over-reliance on porn, conflicts around desire or communication, difficulty with arousal, or carrying shame, guilt or fear.

Is coaching only for couples?

No. Individuals and couples both. Understanding your own sexuality is worth an hour whether or not there's a partner in the picture.

Is it appropriate for LGBTQ+ individuals?

Yes, fully. The room is safe and non-judgmental for every identity and orientation, and the work is the same: your concerns, your goals, your pace.

What kinds of issues can it help with?

Painful intercourse, performance pressure, unrealistic expectations, communication gaps, fear and guilt, mismatched libidos, questions about pleasure toys, negative beliefs about sex, myths around masturbation, lack of intimacy, unfulfilling experiences, anxiety about sex, discomfort with exploration — and more.

What will she not help with?

Queries about sexual hacks, penis size, body type or performance tricks don't get answers. Sex is an emotion first, then an act — the work here is healthy expression, not shortcuts.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes. Sessions are for adults, 18 and over.

How she works

What is sex and relationship coaching?

A conversation-based form of support focused on resolving issues around sex, intimacy and relationships. You talk, she asks precise questions, and you leave with tools — not prescriptions.

How is coaching different from sex therapy?

A therapist is a healthcare professional who diagnoses and often works through past trauma. A coach works from the present toward the future: identifying the behaviours behind the problem and equipping you to steer your own life. Dr. Sabiha is a coach — with twenty years of medical practice informing, not replacing, that role.

What is the NLP approach she uses?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming: science-backed tools for reframing the beliefs and patterns that sit under a problem. It's content-free — you can work on something without narrating every uncomfortable detail of it.

Will she prescribe medicines?

Never. Coaching is purely conversation-based. If you're on treatment from a doctor, continue or stop only on that doctor's advice.

Does she help with mental health diagnosis?

No. She is not a clinical mental health professional. If a client shows signs of mental illness or shares suicidal thoughts, she will redirect them to a psychiatrist or psychologist, and in the case of suicidal thoughts, inform their emergency contact.

What makes her coaching different?

A holistic approach across the emotional, psychological and anatomical; empathy grounded in personal experience; NLP tools that create lasting change; a bias-free room; and guidance rooted in both medical expertise and intimacy training.

The session itself

What does "fully clothed, conversation only" mean?

Exactly that. No physical or intimate contact, no examination, no exercises in the room. The entire session is a structured conversation.

How long is a session, and in which languages?

One hour, online on Zoom or in person in Nashik — in Marathi, Hindi or English.

Do both partners need to attend a couples session?

Yes, both partners attend together. Where it genuinely helps, the coach may add individual talk time at her discretion.

Can someone sit beside me during a one-on-one session?

No. Only the registered attendee is present, for your privacy and comfort.

What happens before the session?

You answer a short questionnaire. It exists so the hour starts at the real subject instead of background.

What's expected from me during an online session?

Good internet, decent lighting, earphones, and a place where you feel safe. Comfortable clothing. No food, no phone calls, no changing rooms mid-session — water is fine.

What's not allowed?

Nudity is prohibited, and misbehaviour ends a session immediately. The room stays respectful in both directions.

Booking, paying, changing

How do I book?

Through this website only. Choose online or Nashik, pay, and you'll get instant confirmation by email and WhatsApp.

Can I book by phone?

No. Sessions cannot be booked by phone — the website is the only booking route. Instagram and WhatsApp are for professional communication only.

Can I gift a session to someone?

Yes. Sessions can be gifted — email the receiver's name and the session type, and you can stay anonymous if you wish.

What is the refund and rescheduling policy?

All bookings are final. There are no refunds and no rescheduling once a session is booked. Please choose your slot carefully.

Do I have a right to attend once I've registered?

You're free to attend the session you registered for. That said, coach-client compatibility matters, and Dr. Sabiha retains discretion over accepting a client.

Are there discounts for multiple sessions?

Multi-session packages are available at a discount — ask through the contact page.

Privacy and the law

Is what I share kept confidential?

Yes. No name, contact detail or identity is revealed to anyone. With your explicit permission, an anonymised case study may be used to spread awareness — never without it.

Are sessions recorded?

One-hour coaching sessions are not recorded. Dr. Sabiha takes written notes to build an effective plan. Workshops are recorded, but are designed so you never need to share personal details on camera.

Can anyone find out what my partner said in an individual session?

No. The content of any session stays between the participants of that session and the coach — including from the other partner.

If I gift a session, can I know what happened in it?

No. Details are never disclosed to anyone who wasn't in the room, including the person who paid.

Is this legal?

Yes. Coaching is conversation-based adult education and support between consenting adults. Nothing physical occurs, nothing is prescribed, and nothing unlawful is entertained.
