Refund policy

The policy, plainly

All bookings are final. Once a session is booked and paid for, there are no refunds and no rescheduling, for any reason.

Please choose your slot carefully before paying. If you are unsure about a date or time, resolve that before booking rather than after.

Why the policy is strict

Sessions are one-on-one and by appointment only. A booked hour is held exclusively for you and turned away from anyone else. A cancelled or moved session is an hour someone else needed and could not have.

If the failure is on our side

If a session cannot take place because of a failure on our side — for example, a connectivity failure from our end during an online session — the session will be rescheduled. This is the only circumstance in which a session is rescheduled, and it can be rescheduled once.

Gifted sessions

Gifted sessions follow the same policy: they cannot be refunded. A gifted session may be transferred to another recipient before it is scheduled — email us to arrange this.
